CAREERS
Build More Than Concrete — Build a Career
At The Concrete Remover, we're not just looking for employees—we're looking for hardworking people who want to be part of something bigger.
Since 1995, we've built our reputation one job, one customer, and one team member at a time. What started with one dump truck, one skid steer, and a vision has grown into one of Southwest Wisconsin's most trusted names in concrete removal, excavation, trucking, and curb cutting.
Today, The Concrete Remover is proudly owned by Jessica Kalscheuer, who continues the family tradition of putting people first. While our fleet, equipment, and services have grown tremendously over the past 30 years, one thing has never changed: we treat our employees like family.
In fact, many of our team members have been with us for more than a decade. That kind of loyalty doesn't happen by accident—it comes from working for a company that values hard work, respects its people, and creates opportunities to grow.
